The CamCon DC190 is a high performance programmable limit switch that can be DIN rail mounted. Running on an Intel XScale core, the DC190 is up to ten time faster than the actual CamCon devices. In addition to the onboard inputs and outputs, it is possible to connect 11,000 I\/Os in real time via the EtherCAT interface.<\/p>\n

The programming is performed via the web-based PC software Digisoft-WEB or via bus systems, such as Profibus, Ethernet, etc.<\/p>\n
\\nThe Ethernet TCP\/IP interface and the Webserver* function are useful for programming, data transfer, monitoring and human machine interface. Build up your own machine web visualization, download it to DC190, connect a Panel PC and a complete PLC-PLS-Terminal system for your machine is ready.\\n\\nThe Ethernet interface allows communicating with the PLC controls of different manufacturers<\/strong>.\\n\\nPROFINET has also been integrated in the CamCon DC190 for the exchange with the Simatic S7-1500, which makes it possible to program cams, to change cam or product programs, to adapt speed compensation values, and read and write the system parameters of the electronic cam switch unit from the Simatic controller.<\/strong> All this can be performed with the included handling and data modules.\\n\\nThe DC190 is equipped with 32 outputs 24 VDC onboard with a respective capacity of 500mA per output, starting from a simultaneity factor of 100%.\\n\\nThere are additional 16 digital inputs for a direct linking in the DC190 to sensors, actors, buttons, operating elements and the like available to the user. These links do not have any effect on the cycle time and allow product inquiries in the production process by using optical sensors, manual operating functions and safety locking. Additionally, 2 inputs for SSI absolute encoders or 1 input for incremental encoders 24 VDC are available for the position metering.\\n\\nParticularly for production and packaging plants of hygiene products<\/strong>, there are several angle-synchronous shift registers available to guarantee the product tracing during the production process.
